The Pentabutt is an Altar monster that is summoned when the Worth of Goods is at or above 1651. At this point, legendary-tier loot or higher is recommended before attempting to defeat these Mobs. This Mob has a higher Speed and Health than the Energy Golem, but less damage.

The Pentabutt is a large blue monster with 5 butts. It is intended to be an unusual monster with a humourous twist.

Strategies

You should acquire Recovery Potions (or Mythic Potions if you can get some) and Rage Potions, as well as helmets such as the Frog Helmet, Wooden Helmet, War Helmet, Iron Helmet and Battle Helmet before attempting to defeat it. 800 Health or more is recommended. A legendary-tier or higher weapon should be used. Explosive Stones, obtained from Epic Chests, Speedster Helmet, and Speedsters, are a great way to clear groups of enemies and deal high damage to this Mob.
