The Flower is an Item used to summon the Soul Slayer in the Altar. The Flower will make a negative worth of good summon, which can be changed, It used to have worth of goods of undefined but was changed to -1 after the Halloween update.
It is obtained by killing the Slayer Soul. Slayer Soul typically respawns every few hours in the servecr.
It can also be obtained by buying it in the Pirate's House house for 50 modd coins
