The Gambling Pedestal has 65% chance to grant you a level, 30% to lose one, 5% chance to make you lose all your levels (reset your level to zero). This method of getting levels (especially when you are level 49) is unrecommended because it's likely to reset your level back to 0 and it's even worse than a rebirth, many people have fallen for this so watch out.
